Seabreeze Motel

Just stayed at the seabreeze motel and we were very happy with our stay . From check in to check out . We arrived really early and went to the office to see if there was any way to get into out room early . It was a Sunday and our room wasn't going to be ready for a while again we were really early so it was not an issue . The motel allowed us to park our car there and use the pool while we waited so we were completely fine with that. It was a nice day so that was great . We got a little sun time before checking in . Very happy with our room clean and spacious. Our room had 2 full size beds and reading a lot of reviews we did see that mattresses were an issue . However we solved that problem by taking one of the mattresses off the other bed and putting it on the one we slept on and that worked good for us as there was only 2 of us . Any staff we interacted with was always pleasant especially the girl at the front desk . Also people complained about the train . So it runs through the whole town so no matter where you stay your gonna hear it . That was not an issue or deal breaker for us . The motel is so convenient to everything. We walked everywhere and never got back into our car until we checked out . For the money we paid to stay it's a great value . We will be back next year .

We were very happy with our stay and will definitely stay again. The location is perfect and close to everything, the beach, restaurants, arcades, the Pier, amusement park etc. We also liked that the motel is cement because it kept down a lot of the noise. It is right along the train tracks but we barely heard it. It probably helps getting a room on the opposite side of the train tracks. All the staff were amazing and very helpful. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful. See you again next year

I can not say enough good about management and housekeeping service. They went above and beyond in making sure that my daughter and I were comfortable during our stay. The rooms are large, clean, quiet, and equipped with every thing one needs in a home away from home. I highly recommend The Seabreeze for a long or short term stay.

I had a really great experience staying at the Seabreeze motel! The people that work there are very pleasant and helpful. Whatever we needed, they would bring to us. They would accommodate our needs and really went the extra mile to make sure our experience with them was memorable. The room we stayed in had all the amenities we needed. They were clean and cozy! Can't say enough about the management and employees that work there! We will be staying there more often now. Thank you everyone at Seabreeze Motel!

This was my first place I stayed when I moved to Maine and they made the process very easy. I stayed on their off site property as a winter rental and the rates were phenomenal! The room was an older room with three bunk beds (was told its where they house the students that help during the summer time) besides having some loud upstairs neighbors, the room was over all positive and the staff were very wonderful during the whole stay. I really appreciate how promptly they were about giving back my deposit too! I've had bad experiences in the past but I was very happy when I saw my account. Thank you so much for a wonderful first living experience in Maine!

We rented 3 rooms. There were a few minor issues as the pool was not heated as advertised, one room had a stained carpet, one room had a smoke smell to it, but other then that we had a great time. I still gave 5 stars because the kids still had fun in the pool, the new young lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating, and overall we are having an amazing time. AC works great, dishes, bedding, and towels are very clean. Very close to the pier and it was more reasonably priced then other nearby hotels. We will be coming back.

Great place, excellent location right near everything, excellent service the people at the motel are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are a little out dated but very spacious. Overall great place love it, the kids loved it

I spent some time here before getting my first apartment. The staff is really good. During my stay, they were having new heat pumps/Air conditioning installed, and they were very respectful of my work hours, and worked with me on a time to do the project. Heather does an immense amount of work keeping the place clean, so just be considerate and don't be a slob. She does her job well, and I wasn't one to abuse that. I rented a studio, and it was very comfy, clean, and overall just pleasant. Not far from all the action too.
